Nearly ALL women have cellulite. If anyone ever tries to make you feel less than you are because of your cellulite, suggests you should cover it up or even comments on it, poke them in the eyes and then rise above it.
Cellulite is normal and nothing to be ashamed of, we’re just not used to seeing it on the covers of glossy magazines or on social media. Don’t let someone make you feel unhealthy or unattractive because of your cellulite.
I consider myself to be a fairly healthy person on the whole. I gym five times a week and eat relatively healthy, yet I have cellulite on my bum and back of my legs and its been there for as long as I can remember.
I used to be so paranoid about it especially in my teens. I felt like I was the only person who had it and everyone else was perfect. FAKE NEWS BISHES! I even saw it referred to as a MEDICAL CONDITION in a magazine once? Most of us have it and it’s totally fine.
Ignore all the tips on how to get rid of it. The creams wont work, body wraps won’t work, getting ‘thin’ wont work either. Just eat your veggies, train hard, drink your water, look after your mind and get enough sleep.
Forget about your cellulite and ways to get rid of it because it’s likely staying for the long haul, which is exactly why we should be embracing it and not trying to cover it up! The more we see it on one another, the more we will realise it’s completely normal, acceptable and even beautiful!
The only way you will learn to ever be comfortable with your cellulite is by embracing it
